  • Single leg cable curl x 10 per leg- point your toes to get in that added flex
  • Cable straight leg deadlift x 10
  • Elevated cable straight leg deadlift x 10- the elevation lets you get an even deeper burn
  • Straight leg deadlift x 10- a classic but a good one!
