Swiss ball plank: suck in your core and keep your butt down but don’t let it dip
Tucks: bring in your knees and keep your core tight
Mini pikes: This is so close to a tuck but just don’t tuck in your knees, bring your hips straight up. This is a mini pike as you aren’t holding it at the top
Pike to leg lift: Bring your hips as high as you can and bring your chin to your toes. Once at the top, lift a leg for extra core work
