Workout 22: Ab-ilicious time
- Bicycle legs with medicine ball pass
- Plate pass- try to keep your back pressed flat against the ground the whole time
- Candle stick twist- this jackknife maneuver is brutal but well worth it
- Advanced squash the bug- make sure your back stays to the ground and imagine you’re squashing a bug under your back to activate all the abs
- Lifted reverse crunch-give a little hop at the end that’s powered only by your abs for the lift
