Workout 10: White Hot Lunges

5 simple variations of lunges to make your thighs and buns burn

  • Single elevated leg x 15 per side
  • Cable curtsey lunge x 10 per side
  • Reverse lunge with slider and double pulse x 10 per side
  • Alternating jump lunge to squat x 20
  • Bosu twist walking lunge x 20

Do each exercise 3 times with a 15 second rest in between each set and 60 second rest before moving on to the next exercise
